Did ieat alot yesterday!?! please help! PLEASE! im scared/freaking out.?

Wow, yes you do have a bit of a disorder. One day of eating bad food is not going to kill you, your not going to pick up loads of weight over night. The melon is high in natural sugars, but nothing you ate really will let you gain much weight, maybe a bit of water retention. Anyways the health benefits from natural foods, such as what you spoke about above, is a very positive plus ( high vita men C, oatmeal good for your stomach etc). Try eating in moderation next time on the fruits.
