Question about Landrover..?

any parts from you buy from a manufacturer are a rip off.not just land rover.a plastic rim around my door mirror on a vauxhall astra got knocked off so i priced it up at vauxhall.surprise suprise you couldn't just buy the part i needed even though the parts were 2 separate pieces you had to buy the whole surround which came to �110.then it had to be sent away for spraying,another �45.
