Give me some BBS web sites which deal with politics, military,conflicts,etc.?

BBS, as in Bulletin Board System? I haven't used one since the early 90's. The world wide web made the BBS completely obsolete in the mid 90's. I am not going to say that they do not still exist but you would need a dial-up modem to access one and would have to pay long distance charges if they weren't local. Heck, the dial-up modem is well on its way out too.
