What is the deal with Police being rude?

this might sound like going overboard--------but your best bet is to report it to the F.B.I. they are the ones that are investigate cops for patterns of abuse and if he is doing this on a daily basis as im sure he is, than you will see justice in the long run....just dont sit by and let it go, take action and walk into your local f.b.i. office and start an investigation
