This dog Sheds ALOT! Any good dog for you would be a chinese crest head. It doesn't have to be shaved. you just need to let it's hair grow to a respectable length. Have your partner brush him though. Also, a Borzoi doesn't shed and is good for families. you can go to the AKC in your area to look too.
