Maybe he REALLY is busy. You are going to marry a fireman so yeah you do come second especially since he is on call 24/7. If you dont like that then maybe you should marry someone who doesn't have such a demanding job. Also you need to give him space if your blowing up his phone and sending text messages harring him thats not going to help the situation at all. If he didnt want to be with you he wouldnt have bothered to ask you to marry him in the first place.
