If I eat 800 calories a day, exercise for 2 hours on the cross trainer and drink 2 litres of water will I lose 11kg in 32 days? And please don't tell mr this is "an unhealthy diet and I need to eat more than 1000 calories" I know all that...but I am DESPERATE to lose this much in 32 days!! PLZ HEL! Thanks in advance
