4 Days Late But Still Negatives..Anyone Experience This?

I have went a week before late and had all symptoms and on day 8 AF showed. When she did it was the worst one I had ever had. Was very disappointed. When you are trying to conceive it is stressful, and that can cause a late period and other factors as well. Hope you get a positive though!
