Does anyone know of a beautiful public beach to get married at in Southern California.?

Im getting married in July and wanted to get married on the beach. I have no clue where to start and not even sure if its possible to get married on a public beach or how that works. Has anyone done this before. Im looking in the Huntington or laguna area. But maybe there are better places I dont know about. Let me know anything you think can help.
