How to nicely say no to sending a picture to a guy?

most guys that have had a crush on me or whatever have asked me to send them a picture of me. not a nakedd one, just a normal one. but i still dont feel so comfortable with like all these guys having a picture of me on their phone cuz im self conscious. so what is something believable/nice to sayy instead of harshly saying no?
