Ok, to ask this of this hotel I Worked and why is it bad to say this through the walkie talkies?

For the job I work at at a hotel, how come its bad to say innapprorpiate things through the walkie talkie, could the maintanece people and everyone else with walkie talkies and maintance manager hear and could guests in the lobby and all members of management hear the walkie talkies. I was told I would get in trouble if I swore through the walkie talkie or mad scary noises through it. BUT WHAT IF I SAID, I Am a child molester through the walkie talkie and guests in the lobby, management members, employees with walkie talkies on, maintainence people and the maintence manager herad? what would happen to me and how angry would my boss be???
