Where in the Bible does is state only priests can...?

Marry people or turn bread and wine into the body and blood? Where does it say a physical church is needed to pray? Im a christian but im trying to understand the Catholic mentality. It seems its become corrupted in the eyes of the everyday worshiper or in the church itself. Please help me understand.
